This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs the delivery of products purchased from Samaann.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- Order Confirmation & Processing
Upon successful placement of an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation email from support@samaann.com.
- Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days
- Dispatch may occur on the same day, subject to product availability, delivery location, and operational constraints
- A shipment confirmation and/or delivery schedule notification will be sent once the order is dispatched or assigned for delivery
We reserve the right to delay or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions.
- Delivery Coverage & Methods
2.1 Prague (Local Delivery)
Orders delivered within Prague are fulfilled through Samaann’s in-house delivery service.
- Minimum order value: 499 CZK
- Delivery fee: 99 CZK (unless waived under promotional offers)
- Same-day delivery is available for most products
Important Notice:
- Orders containing fresh vegetables are delivered only on Sundays
- Delivery timelines may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, or public holidays
2.2 Outside Prague (Czech Republic)
Orders delivered outside Prague are shipped via third-party courier services.
- Minimum order value: 499 CZK
- Courier charges are payable by the customer at the time of delivery
- Courier fees vary by distance and location, with a maximum charge of 99 CZK anywhere within the Czech Republic
Estimated delivery time:
- Tracking details are shared after dispatch
- Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days across Czechia
2.3 International Deliveries (Outside Czech Republic)
For deliveries outside the Czech Republic:
- Shipping is handled by PPL or equivalent EU courier partners
- Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, parcel weight, and size
- Applicable charges and estimated delivery timelines will be communicated before or after checkout
International delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by customs clearance or regional courier delays.
- Delivery Attempts & Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring:
- Accurate and complete delivery address details
- Availability at the delivery location
- Reachable contact information at the time of delivery
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address or contact details
- No response at the delivery location
- Unsafe or inaccessible delivery conditions
We reserve the right to reschedule delivery or apply additional delivery charges, where applicable.
- Shipping Weight Limitations
- Each parcel is subject to a maximum weight limit of 28 kg
- Orders exceeding this limit may be split into multiple shipments
- Additional courier charges may apply for extra parcels
- Only one parcel per order may qualify for any applicable free-shipping promotion
- Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If an order is received damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, the customer must:
- Take clear photographic evidence of the issue
- Notify us via support@samaann.com within a reasonable time
- Include the order number and relevant details
We will assess the claim and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, refund, or resolution in accordance with consumer protection laws.
- Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR):
- Personal data (such as name, address, phone number, and email) is processed solely for order fulfillment, delivery, and customer support
- Data may be shared with logistics and courier partners strictly for delivery purposes
- We do not sell or misuse customer personal data
- All personal data is handled securely and retained only for as long as legally required

Samaann.com shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
