Mixture of spices for mutton curry – 100gIngredients: coriander seeds, cumin, red peppers, turmeric, black pepper, iodized salt, dried ginger, mustard, fennel, seeds, garlic, cassia, fenugreek leaves, cardamom, amomum, cloves, nutmeg, green cardamom, mace, asafoetida.Recipe :ground ginger, 6 cloves of garlic, 15g boiled almonds, 15gcoconut powderand a little water. Heat 50g oil in a pan and fry 100g chopped onion until light golden. Add the paste and fry for 5 minutes. Then add 20g of Maso Curry Masala and fry for another 2 minutes. Add 120g plain yogurt. Add 60g of tomato puree and salt to taste. Mix for 3-4 min. Add 700g of mutton pieces and fry on a medium flame. Finally add 250 ml. hot water. Cover and simmer over low heat. Add more water as needed and cook for about 45 minutes.
