Mixture of spices for red beans – 100gRecipe : Soak 200 g of red beans in 300 ml. water overnight. Boil the beans in 650 ml. water for 20 min. Chop 100 g of red onion and 150 g of tomatoes. Heat 50 ml of oil in a large pan and fry the onion until golden. Add tomatoes, salt 7g. or to taste and 15g. Rajmah masala. Mix to form a paste. Transfer the cooked beans together with the water and mix. Let it cook for 15 min. or until the beans are soft.Ingredients : Coriander seeds, dried mango, iodized salt, cumin, red chili, kachri, black salt, pomegranate seeds, black pepper, tamarind, dried ginger, mint leaves, cassia, fenugreek, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves.
