Mixture of spices for black lentils – 100gIngredients: coriander seeds, red chili peppers, dried mango, iodized salt, dried ginger, garlic, black pepper, cassia, cloves, nutmeg, star anise, mace, asafoetida.Recipe : Soak 110 g of black lentils and 30 g of red beans overnight. Drain the water. Add 1.5 liters of warm water to a deep pan and cook the beans until soft. Add more water if necessary. Separately, cook 120 g of tomato paste and 15 g of Dal Makhani masala. Transfer to boiling beans. Mix and simmer for 10 minutes. Add 40g cream and 30g butter. Check the seasoning. Serve with Tandoori Parantha, Naan or rice.
